What to Expect
After we receive your application, you will receive a confirmation of enrollment in the mail within 7 to 14 business days. This letter will contain your subscriber ID.

Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Excellus BlueCross BlueShield through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Online Enrollment Center located at www.medicare.gov .
